Thompson captures the true essence of the Christmas spirit in this powerful and transcendent story, on Jaxon's Christmas Tree Farm. It's about a young boy’s search for his family, and when Liam discovers his true identity, he overcomes his greatest fears. Beautifully written with Norman Rockwell-like illustrations to lift spirits and remind people how much they are loved.
A Deeper Look Inside:
Thompson gives an autobiographical account of her own life's story of transformation and inner divine awakening. She opens to the unknown parts of her Soul on deeper levels than ever before. It's a book about Self-Realization, bringing wisdom to suffering, and offers the space in which to unravel yourself, your busyness, and your mind to be with your voice of Truth and to allow it to come forward for you through the journey of its main character, Liam; a story all can relate to, young or old.
This book can change how you see the world and bring a fresh perspective to your family holiday celebrations. Compelling for all ages and creeds, it is simple — and complex in its message of hope for new beginnings.
Take this healing journey through the woods with Liam. It will open your heart, and help you shed the uncried tears that are the hardest ones to let go of. Its message is deeply satisfying for anyone grieving, and gives hope to anyone, no matter how bad the pain feels.
Peek Inside the Book!
“Christmas prevails as a celebrated holiday each year, yet its true message gets lost through commercialism, materialism and the 10,000 things that distract us at any given point in time. Our minds are over stimulated and over occupied to really celebrate the true meaning of Christmas and its message,” Thompson points out. “Liam’s cry for help in the midst of pain caused by the disruption to his family life is a message to all of us that we can relate to. It is his desire to know more about the idea of family that opens his eyes to his life’s purpose and gains him his heavenly peace.” The publication of “The Christmas Tree Wish” aims to remind people that there is always hope, no matter what situation or crisis they are facing. Hope is always the door that will open their hearts to the answers they are seeking.
So, what did you think?
The author was obviously inspired according to my take on this excellent read that allows children to have a new beginning on what fear really is and how hope overtakes it with faith. I was drawn, as an adult and author to read the entire story and wanted to see what the end results would be. I was not disappointed as the story did not have an ending to the new beginning of changing the way a child or an adult thinks. It was the teaser to hear more. The series that follows is something I am anxious to see where the author progresses to a higher level of consciousness that lives within all of this and even in someone young and new to trusting a new way of thinking about their belief in a God that now is represented as the Brightest Star, the Brightest light. What a relief that an author can give to children a way to love God without fear and do so by believing in the hope of a new way of thinking. Bravo!
